I approach go-to-market the way an engineer approaches a broken system. You don't guess, you diagnose. Bad math, broken inputs, wrong assumptions about who you're selling to. I find where the system breaks down and fix that first.
Revenue is a system. Systems have inputs, outputs, and constraints. I find the constraint.
What I care about most right now is what AI does to the cost of building. Work that used to need a team and a quarter, a scoring model, an enrichment pipeline, a dashboard that ties a workflow to revenue, now takes me an afternoon. So I build, and I run workshops that teach GTM teams to build the system underneath instead of chasing the next prompt.
